OK but ACP is acting as a pass-through, so it's the real scope that's reporting. But if you are setting this for ACP guiding (not using MaxIm for Observatory Control) then you should be connecting with ASCOM Direct and the tiny Set button, with nothing connected in that MaxIm Observatory window. Once I now your answer I can help you on the ACP side. You can start with this if you're using guiding in ACP.
