Photometry and Astrometry Software...What do you use?

Hey all,

What software products do you all use to perform Photometry and Astrometry on your images? I am looking for software that can perform scientific analysis on post-processed images.

Ha ha ha ha I was going to advise that you go to AAVSO for their excellent tools like VPhot and their databases, but... when I went to their site I discovered this:

I am not at all skilled in the processing of raw images into photometry, so maybe others can chime in. Another organization to check into is Society for Astronomical Sciences. And there are some real photometrists here, so maybe they can chime in here.
