No you should not worry, and this is correct. The PlaneWave has informed ACP (via its ASCOM interface) that it does not want to be SYNCed (it has a pointing model and encoders/servos and it totally responsible for its instrumental pointing accuracy). ACP honors this, and instead will provide a (small) offset if needed to get the target dead center (in case the instrumental accuracy is not quite "good enough"). The tolerance for this is in ACP Preferences, PinPoint & All-Sky, Max Pointing Errors. You can set this to the level of pointing accuracy you need for your missions, and ACP will minimize the overhead taken for tweaking pointing. Keep in mind that this setting should be irrelevant for the Planewave per my comments in this message.
