    OK, replace the file C:\Users\Public\Documents\ACP Web Data\Doc Root\sc\js\validateform.js with the attached script. First, after saving from here, remove the .txt from the end of the file name. If you have "Hide extensions of known file types" option in windows, this may be difficult. The file must be named validateform.js (showing as a Javascript file in Windows). If you see it being replaced then you are OK.
