Out of memory

On an unattended run last night I received an "out of memory" It appears that in addition to the log identifying such that the actual popup of out of memory was from within Maxim (but I'm not certain of that). There was a pop up but I closed it in the morning before I recognized which program it was associated with.

Anyway, I'm puzzled. On the acquisition computer there remains 500gb roughly of available space. I have everything configured in ACP to drop images to Dropbox. My Dropbox is also not even close to it's 2 TB size. However there is a single transfer limit which I believe is 2gb. My files are huge, 120mb, and I had accumulated about 7.5gb until the warning.

I can't wrap my head around it. What am I missing?
