    Default ACP claims it is not connected.


    This started happening recently, maybe after a windows update.
    ACP comes up, looks like it is getting scope information, then faults.

    Help! Beautiful night on tap.
    What logs do you need?

    Scheduler faulted after ACP disappeared. Log attached.
