Pinpoint??

So I have the paid version of Focusmx4, I have the paid version of Maxim DL Pro Suite. I am on the evaluation version of ACP, I hope it is expert verion at least that was my intent. Is Pinpoint included with any of these software packages and if so which one? I assume it is something I need since I see reference to testing it in Focusmax. When I try to test the install for the presence of Pinpoint, I get no indication if it is installed or not.

Also is ACP Scheduler the same as ACP Planner?
