Hi Bob
A couple of times in the past week my rotator has become disconnected during a night's run. All subsequent observing plans fail with the message "The rotator is not connected."
This was mentioned in a recent thread (https://forums.dc3.com/showthread.ph...-Notifications) but that thread does not address this particular issue.
Why would my rotator just disconnect in the middle of a night's observing? Apart from losing the rest of the night's plans, I have to go into the schedule browser the next day and resubmit everything.
It's a Pyxis 3" rotator and I've raised the issue with Optec.
As I've noted in recent posts, this behaviour again started after I migrated to a Windows 10 PC recently, which I regard as suspicious.
I've attached a sample ACP log showing the failure. Would be grateful for any suggestions, such as whether more detailed debugging messages can be monitored.
Thanks
Peter.
