    Default Unable to update New Licence

    Stephanie has kindly set me a new licence. I have opened the Register PinPoint app in windows, which is populated with the old licence information. When I cut and paste the various fields into the respective boxes the OK button becomes greyed out and I cannot update the licence in accordance with your email instructions.

    Can you please help?

    I have just sent you an email with screen shots of the license entry window with your info and the OK button enabled. I'm sure it was a simple mistake, perhaps that info will help. Take care and thanks for posting here!!
