    There is this "path" link that I guess should point to these settings, but I do not remember how to generate it.
    was it in the whole ACP installation process that would need to be done again ?
    If I remember, the Paths button opens a window where you set the paths to the directories FocusMax uses for its log files and the images it takes. The [...] button next to the MySystem field selects the settings for FocusMax. These values should load automatically when it starts. Again I am at my limits. The Help menu in FM3 will open a document that has info that might help you. This has nothing to do with ACP though.

    I can install new FM4 but then I'm not sure it will work with my old ACP ?
    I don't know. I haven't tested it.

    Possibly. You can disable FocusMax in ACP Preferences, Auto-Focus tab. However, if you have filter focus offsets set up (Filterinfo.txt) then it will fail because ACP uses FocusMax (or PlaneWave PWI) as a pass-though to the focuser to change the focus from one filter to the next.
