Default Scheduled Periodic Focus - Access Denied at end

Every time I run focusmax is does the focus but then ends with an error message, although usually this won't stop Scheduler to continue Observing.
Last night Scheduler failed too- unclear is this was a weather event that set off of the error, or some other reason. But thought to see. what at least might be causing the continual Windows error message that happens after successful focsuing

Try running repair security in ACP Help menu.

Sorry Bob but i can't find that section. I found Debugging, but I don't think that was what you meant.

Thanks William ! Have just done the repairs. Unsure if anything was repaired or not, but it says it all repaired now.

Shall see how I go on the next clear night

I can tell it has certainly fixed one thing. I was having trouble using authoring and saving, it kept bringing up Not found error. Now it is working again. Also my allskycamera image is working again, as it can now find the file from VLC that is used for the tiddler.

So hopefully the FocusMax errors will go too.

    Thanks again

    Default Error message in FocusMax

Thank you William. Since we are traveling I posted a brief suggestion without explanation. And maybe that option should be somewhere other than the Help menu, but in my mind it is a “helper” feature ha ha. We’re on our final leg today.

Am still getting this message with focusmax:

21:27:39 Final pointing update not performed
    21:27:39 ** AcquireStar completed **
    FocusMax auto-focus successful!
    HFD = 4.16
    Focus position = 2410
**Script Error (Tracking has been stopped)**
    Source: Microsoft VBScript runtime error
    Message: Permission denied
    Location: line 81 column 2.

    Any other suggestions?

This threw me for a loop since it is the Scheduler's autofocus process not the "live" ACP one. I will move this thread to the Scheduler section.

I'll make an initial guess. Find Public Documents (C:\Users\Public\Documents)\ACP Config\LastAfTime.txt. Delete it. If you cannot delete it then we need to know how it got locked. If you know how change its security and somehow delete it. Now see if the problem goes away.

    HI Bob

    I deleted the file

    But getting the same issues

Have attached the latest focusamax log

It has successfully focused. Then the error comes up. Right now it is doing the focus all over again, which it often does since this error comes up, for some unknown reason. I have checked settings in focusmax and can't see anything out of place there.
