Default Microsoft Patch Tuesday strikes again

    This started biting me tonight:

(assuring that FocusMax is running now...)
**Script Error (Tracking has been stopped)**
    Source: Microsoft VBScript runtime error
Message: ActiveX component can't create object: 'FocusMax.FocusControl'
It's likely some sort of Microsoft update shenaniganery because MaxIm had to repair itself at one point too.

A reboot seems to have resolved it... maybe it was a part complete update, maybe it was just an oddity.

Yes, I found that this week's updates on my Win 10 Pro computers required 1-2 reboots beyond the ones Microsoft recommended before I got full socket and other comms fully working. It did straighten out after those reboots.

I just let the updates go through on my two Windows 10 VMs. Same strangeness on only one. Both Win 10 Pro. Weird.

Grrrrrr. This update has really cost me a lot of time over the last couple of days. I should have known better than to let it run.

And then there was a .NET patch yesterday on my machine. No idea if it broke anything else yet.
