Hi Gary -- A bit behind on support but what the heck. TheSky has not been completely installed, so, to fix this:

(1) Locate TheSkyX.exe probably at C:\Program Files (x86)\Software Bisque\TheSkyX Professional Edition\TheSkyX.exe
(2) Right click > Run as Administrator (this is a 1-time admin run!)
(3) Let it completely come up till you can see the displays etc.
(4) Exit

Now Connect from ACP. If this still has problems:

ACP > Telescope Menu > Setup > See ASCOM Telescope Driver for TheSky > Properties
