Last winter when the temperatures dipped into the 20's the computer would reset itself multiple
times a night. I remedied this by wrapping it in insulation and setting up ACP Expert and other
software to launch on startup and run.

I reached out to the Primalucelab folks in Italy and even though the unit was out of warrantee by
six months they agreed to take a look at it and discuss from there.

We agreed I would wait until the imaging season was over since with the above adjustments
I was able to run pretty well with only a few interruptions per night.

Season is over, sent it to the California repair center and they replaced the IBM NUC inside for free
and tested it to -2 deg F for a night, no problems. Its home and after plugging everything
back in eurica right back on like nothing happened. NO fuss no muss.

I appreciate them diving in on this and getting it back mighty quick to boot.
Thanks again, I'll be back for more stuff.
