I have a problem, and I cannot find any of the support forums. I have no idea why, since I should be a premium support member, and the premium support forums are blank to me.

What can I do?

Our automatic system for restricting people whose support has expired ran over the weekend. In your case, you are listed as a technical contact for an ancient license issued back in 2008 to Lloyd Bentsen in Texas? It should have been marked inactive (which I just did). As a result your access was restricted. I apologize. We should have caught this one years ago. I also restored your access. Again we're sorry!!

No problem; thanks! I did image with Lloyd for some years, but I now have my own license.

Access #2323 from 2008, Frisco, TX - Deactivated
Access #4507 shows a second license that expired in 2016. If that one is dead, I'll mark it inactive.

Yes, that second license (4507, for a project that didn't happen) did expire ~ 2016 and will not revive.
