    Hi Bob,

Installing my new Expert license and got:
    ACP install problem.png

Also my scope computer is showing the forum without the benefit of CSS:
    ACP forum with no CSS.png

All browsers, just that computer running win10
Any idea what is going on?

    Thx,
    George

Hi George -- I'm showing you as a fully registered customer (for AAVSO) so you can post in the ACP section not here in the Pre-Sales section.

On the surface, it appears that the installed AcquireSupport became corrupted????? I've never seen that error during installation. Is this repeatedly happening if you re-run the ACP installer? The installer itself can't be corrupted or it wouldn't even start (it has self-integrity-checking). If you can't get it via a re-run of the ACP installer, then let me know. I will need to log into your system for this as I can't repro it here and have never seen it.

On the forum, I don't know what to do since I can't reproduce it here. Are you getting it on multiple systems and/or multiple browsers? I just checked and it's OK here on two systems and Firefox, Edge, and Chrome. I also just checked on my Android mobile browser and it's OK (both default and "show desktop site").

    Hi Bob,

    - A reboot before trying to install worked. I'm busy reading the release notes, honest!

    - The forum display problem is an issue of "Mixed active content" not being allowed past some browser or computer scanner. This is a https site calling http scripts which get blocked.
