    Default My-Sky Access

    Hello,
Bob, got my no-ip system setup fine, and it seems to be displaying the correct IP address (I checked it by using 'what's my ip' in a browser and it matches. But when I try to access remotely using my 'my-sky' address, it doesn't connect. It's been over 24 hours since setup. I'm sure I've forgotten something, but can't figure it out. I've checked the Help files too.
My observatory router is behind another router from the location where my observatory is at. my router has a 192.168.xx.xx address. Not sure if I have to get the owner to setup port forwarding on his router that is connected to the internet provider.

    Any ideas?
    Thanks,
    Greg

Yes, that's the issue. The port has to forward all the way through from the public net to your observatory system.
