Controlling Digital Logger Power Switch

I moved this since it really isn't related to ACP itself, and traces how to get the Digital Logger switch working from scripts. The driver update is probably the key (along with any firmware updates available). The ASCOM 6.4 was unlikely a factor though everyone should stay up with Platform releases.

Thanks Bob. This is the right place for this thread. The new DDL driver needed ASCOM 6.4 to run and I needed to update anyway.
