    Default Cannot connect to rotator

    Hello,

I tried last night for the first time to use a brand new Pyxis 2 rotator but unfortunately, ACP could not connect to it (see attached "Capture ACP error message").
I followed the steps described in the help menu: the rotator is connected to COM7 which is what I select in the settings but ACP could not connect to it (see "Capture Rotator select" screenshot). However, I can connect manually to the rotator on COM7 (as shown on the "capture Pyxis COM7" screenshot).

Thank you in advance for your suggestions.

This is coming from inside the Pyxis driver. Optec has some advanced logic in their drivers that is meant to support more than one rotator/focuser/etc. and I think there is some confusion between the basic connection itself and the connection that is being requested by ACP. Please take this to Optec, they know that if they need any info from me or help on this, I am always here for them to call.

Please post back with results also.
