Cannot connect to rotator

Hello,

I tried last night for the first time to use a brand new Pyxis 2 rotator but unfortunately, ACP could not connect to it (see attached "Capture ACP error message").
I followed the steps described in the help menu: the rotator is connected to COM7 which is what I select in the settings but ACP could not connect to it (see "Capture Rotator select" screenshot). However, I can connect manually to the rotator on COM7 (as shown on the "capture Pyxis COM7" screenshot).
