AP Mount Not Reporting Completion of Park (was: Weather Script Issue)

The weather script was called when the clouds rolled in. The dome closed. However, the System Status page (The Web Console) had blinking text => Dome “Slew” / Telescope “Slewing” / Activity “Utility Script” / Plan target “ACP-Weather” were all blinking in the web console.

I remoted into the dome to verify that the dome was closed, and the dome and mount had both parked.

The logs showed:

Weather Safety... script initiated
Closing Dome Shutter.
...scope is connected, parking now

The dome had closed, and the mount was parked, and their interfaces confirmed their state was parked. The driver logs of the mount confirmed a parked was called and had occurred. I left the observatory in this state for a few hours, just to see if anything would change. It stayed like this, nothing changed.

I am happy that the dome closed, and the mount parked. I appears that ACP is waiting for something. The Scheduler dispatcher remained active, and the console echoed any weather state changes.
