On Tuesday 8/23 we are traveling to the Great Basin National Park for the dedication of the Great Basin Observatory, which is happening on Thursday Aug 25 in the Park. This is part of the celebration of the 100th Birthday of the National Park Service this coming week. See the images and map below.

"The Great Basin Observatory, a research-class astronomical observatory, will be first of its kind in any national park. The Great Basin Observatory will open up the darkest night skies in the United States to scientists, and future scientists, by conducting world-class research and education." thanks to the Great Basin National Park Foundation and their donors.

The Great Basin Observatory will be running ACP Expert as its way of providing these services.
