Default AP/APCC got into unusual state, caused 11 hour flip wait in ACP

This happened the other night. For some reason the telescope slewed to a object that was hour angle -1 still but the telescope was on the east side of the mount. So ACP turned off tracking to wait for the object to cross. When I woke up it was still waiting. You can see in the log it was waiting like 12 hours. So ACP does not like the mount to be slewed that way it seems. I think there was a APCC issue why it moved there in the first place or some setting. I disabled meridian limits for now and that seems to have fixed it. But not sure why ACP had to wait at all since the telescope was ok to continue
