Windows 10 Aug 2nd upgrade locks ACP

Happened on 2 computers so far, only did 2. After the windows 10 upgrade (Aug 2 2016) When you run ACP, it says the registery is locked. I reran the ACP setup in Colorado but left the new PC as it is if you want to log into Bob.

We did talk on the phone. Apparently the "Anniversary Update" botches some other stuff. Per Dean it may even prevent installation of long-time programs that (now) don't adhere to MS security to the letter. My problem is balancing the requirements of today with the confusion created for older customers who are confused by movement of info to new places (Public Documents, etc.) as required. I do my best guys!!

I'm in the process of doing 8.1 and plan to do my best to address this new challenge without unduly impacting the old guys here.
