Automated Copy Images to your Cloud

I created a while ago a cute console app that will copy your last night images to a cloud, like dropbox, and you have them waiting in the morning on your computer at home. There may be other ways to do this but the config file makes it easy for any one to use. You can download it from my site http://ccdimages.com/acp.zip

Since I used scheduler this is one last thing for me to do. I have been setting up a few customers using ACP now and I include this so that is why I am sharing it now

Dean - now that you've accomplished that, can you work on getting images above or through the clouds? Would be waaaaaay more useful :-)

I'm a bit confused... The image naming and folder template system, and the logic in ACP is specifically designed to work with DropBox etc. You can set up ACP and Scheduler to put images into DropBox or other cloud, and each logged in user can have their own shared folder in the cloud. No need for a separate watchdog to move things.

Maybe I am missing something?

This is a little different. It is design to copy all images from the night run after sunrise. It is aimed for a single user that wants a easy way to have images moved during the day. I create this mainly for me but the 3 others I am setting up have asked me the same question, is there a way that images are transfered to dropbox in the morning, so I made this more flexible. The problem with moving files during the night is bandwidth on the Internet if connection is not the fastest.

I believe that DropBox has options for syncing, both time and bandwidth. I am in the field so I am on an iPad.
Look at the Windows DropBox settings. If I get a chance to remote into my office I'll look and report back here.

Well I looked. No timing, just bandwidth control. Maybe there is a way to communicate with DropBox from a command line and enable/disable it with a Windows scheduled task... I'll look at that when I can.
