Help getting PinPoint and MaximDL to run correctly

Hi ... In February I purchased both PinPoint and MaximDL in preparation for me getting a brand new telescope.
There have been some major delays in actually getting my scope .... but it is due to arrive very soon.
So I have just started to "play" with MaximDL .... but I am a total "newbe" in every respect!

I thought that I had registered PinPoint and MaxmDL correctly after I had purchased them (I have copies of all FULL licence codes) ..... but when try to get Maxim running get a message saying that my 60day trial PinPoint has expired! When I try to use the PinPoint registration applet it will not accept my key.

Can please help???

Did the email sent by Stephanie solve your problem? You need to install the PinPoint license. Windows start menu, All Programs/Apps, PinPoint, Register PinPoint, then enter your info.

Hi Bob .... Stephanie has helped me sort out my problem after 2nd attempt :-)))
All seems to be working just fine now .. now the "big" job starts ... I think that a steep (but enjoyable) learning curve is ahead for me !!!!
