Can't Log In -- What's going On Here ?

I tried to log in from the observatory computer with a user name and password that was sent to me yesterday when I purchased ACP 7.2 and Scheduler -- would not work. Then I tried the user name and PW that I use from home, and that would not work.

Then I clicked a link to reset my password, and I was e-mailed another one, and that would not work, either. So -- I get the you are a bad person message and a 15-minute time out in the corner.

Now I'm back on my home computer and I can log in, but I can't log in from the observatory. Why won't this work? I was frustrated about 2 hours ago, but now I'm well beyond that :mad:

Can't tell you why... We don't run this software (well, we administer it, but it runs on a cloud server) and it's a very common forum system across the internet. Sorry you had problems. I see that you have logged in now. It looks like you have been a member since August 25, 2014. I cannot see your password. We normally assign those passwords, but since you reset it we don't know what it is to test it. If you would like Stephanie to reset it and test it and then email you that tested/verified password we can do that. Actually though we have never found any problems with passwords other than not typing them in right (and I do that myself sometimes too!!).
