The ACP Expert license I purchased on Sep 23, 2018 is no longer recognized as of today. When I try to re-enter the license data from the purchase email in the pop-up upon starting ACP, it is not recognized as valid. Please help. I cannot access my observatory remotely while I am away this weekend.

I found another email from the same day with another license number. When I entered that one, it worked. Odd that I had two license emails. Odd. Anyway, you can ignore my prior post.

One came from our software store. Occasionally (and I can't ever repro it) thestore issues a bad license. Stephanie then logs you into our customer database and issues another license. That one is always right :-)
