Custom .exe not working after new windows updates 1903 & 1909

Dear Bob
Last year I have edit my startup script and added a small .exe to watch my roof before the scope go homing (paramount me and low hunging roof).
My problem is that this .exe doesn't start at all after last 2 windows update (windows 10 - versions 1903 & 1909).So the startup finished but the scope need again manual homing
I know that is not your responsibility to help in this one but I would like to ask you or someone else if could help...

PS.On my home pc (windows 10-version 1809) working fine

On 1903 and 1909, manually run Windows update a few times, as there are new patches.
Try running you custom .exe manually at the CMD prompt and see what it does.

I did it, but nothing happening...
Like not starting it

Thanks Colin! Nikos, just to be clear: You try to run a program (outside of any other software, in other words by itself) and nothing happens? I can't possibly help you with that info. I need more info or you will need to work with the author of that program.

The author who did it move observatory and don't need it anymore.So he doesn't know either how to help.
If you could help I would appreciate it , if not - I will try to see if I can make a new one...
As I mentioned I believe that is a windows problem with latest updates...

I don't even know what the program does or how it works. With so little info I can't help you. I still may not be able to :-)

Ok I found out something...It has to be with ACP update.
I tried to run it manualy (in my home pc) as the other day and it worked -The acp version was the 8.1
Then i update the ACP to the latest and boom....Same as in the observatory - Nothing happened

I'm sorry Nikos but I have nothing to go on here. If you can tell me anything about this mystery program I might be able to at least guess.
