Cannot download ACP Planner

I understand that, using ACP Planner, I can get ACP to start my session sometime later (I image remotely in Australia, and getting up in the middle of the night to start a session isn't much of an option).

But when I try to download it from the DC-3 website, I get an error message that the browser cannot find the server.

This happens with both Firefox and IE.

What am I doing wrong?

I kept trying, and all of a sudden, now it's running.
