Hi, I downloaded and installed the trial of the ACP Planner, but when I go to preferences to enter the filters, the filters are disabled. When I check the Multiple Filters checkbox, the filters seem to be enabled, but when I try to enter a filter, it says the filters are locked. Plus, the “Get from Maxim” button is not enabled even though I have Maxim 6 installed and open. Please advise. Thanks!

Since presets depend on the list of filters, the existence of a preset in the list will cause the filter set to be locked. You need to delete the presets before you can change the filters.
Hi Bob, Sorry, Yes it says Filters Locked, but there are no presets that are visible as the Presets button is grayed out. Perhaps I accidentally created a blank set of filters and saved them as a preset and because its blank, it doesn't allow the presets button to be enabled. Is there a text file of a preset that I can look for to delete? If so, where could I find it? Thanks.

We hooked up and edited the configuration file to remove an "invisible" profile (how it got there is another mystery). I think you're OK now.
