Venus, thin crescent 5 days before transit.

Today is probably the last day for most people to get images of Venus as a super thin crescent, forecast was not good so I took mine yesterday. Even yesterday it was hard to see with it being so close to the sun.

The forecast here isn't good for Tuesday, but that will change at least 3 times by then.

Great stuff! One of the things I like best about the video is how well it shows the effects of seeing. It's videos like this that demonstrate just what we're up against when trying to image using a conventional guider. Thanks for posting!
