Imported Plan has Wrong Open and Chill Times

Perhaps I am doing something wrong, but I find that if I import a plan I created in Planner at some earlier time, the "Open" and "Chill" times for Startup are not what I set in the original plan, but apparently are set to the UTC values of the local time I had in the plan....so if my plan said to open the dome at 8PM local (=0300 UTC), when I re-import the plan the Open time is set to 3AM local. This has caused many an error when I am editing old plans.

On a related matter it would be good if the time settings in Planner were more consistent -- the Startup box uses 12-hour local time and the target specification is in 24-hour local format.

Just another request to fix this very annoying Planner bug. It has messed up an evening's run more than once since I routinely import a plan to change a parameter like number of subs, but sometimes forget that I have to edit the open and chill times or they are off by eight hours. It should be an easy change :-)

No problem -- No reason it should have been high on your priority list, but the way I use planner it does continue to be frustrating :-)
