Returning to AP after multi-year layoff. Looking for upgrade path from ACP5

I'm returning to astro photography and would like to use ACP however I no longer have my license info and am wondering what my path forward would be? Would I need to purchase a new Basic license or is there an upgrade option I could use? I'm pretty sure I was using version 5 (2009) and I know that I also had a pinpoint subscription as well. Please let me know what my options are. Also, what version of Maxim DL do I need? I used to have the CCD version but I see they no longer offer that. Is DSLR enough or would I need the Pro version? Thanks
