I have ACP 8.1 with an ACP Expert License and the pinpoint engine installed. We have upgraded to FocusMax v4 and are trying to get Acquirestar set up. But, the Acquirestar button on the FocusMax interface is grayed out. I'm assuming that it's some sort of pinpoint issue. In Acquirestar preferences dialog, all of the pinpoint options are also grayed out. We are running Win 10, but haven't installed the anniversary update yet. Any ideas?
Are you updated to FMax 4.1.0.50 ? There are a whole bunch of updates between the original download and the latest, including AcquireStar fixes.
For Win 10, you'll want to install ALL the updates including anniversary and ALL the cumulative updates. Don't do it part way, get on the latest, it finally seems stable.
