The file I attached before is the one I use in theSkyX now. I used vi to edit your horizon file into the format for theSkyX, then copied that file to the location for theSkyX to use. It is working fine.
If you want, you can send me files to test and I can ensure the are read by theSkyX.

Attached you will find a Zip-File containing the Horizon-Files of my Site.
To make it not too complicated the HorizonEditor will create 2 Files.
One to import into TheSky6
One to import into TheSky X
The Files fot TheSky X will get a "_X.hrz" ending. So the File "TilFenObs_X.hrz" will be the one for you to test with TheSkyX.
It wil be interesting for me if my assumption is right that Values below 10 will also be written with 2 digits in front of the decimal delimiter.

I loaded the test _X horizon file into my SkyX, loaded without a problem. Looks good!
