ACP question
Hi,
I'm investigating ACP to control my imaging/observatory and since ACP control is via web browser, is it possible to use my MAC in my home to control the WIN 7 machine in my observatory? Would there be any special SW required or just standard browsers on the MAC and ACP on the WIN 7 machine?
Additionally, if I stay connected via the MAC but go out to the observatory would I then have control from the WIN 7 machine or do I have to close the MAC browser first? I apologize if these are lame questions that have been answered before.
Thanks
Robert

You can use anything with a web browser to "control" (actually, submit observing requests) the observatory. You can use an iPhone or Android (on Android OS 2.2). You can go out to your observatory and fire up the browser there and either log in as a user like from your house, or log in as the local operator (no username/password, uses the WIn7 My Documents for your data), or run your requests via the ACP console, not using the browser at all. The Mac can stay logged in. Basically you have complete flexibility.
